How do I make a purchase on kadamtrade.com?
Shopping on Kadam is easy and secure.
• Select an item - When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Bag’ this is found on the right of the page. You must purchase a minimum of 12 cut sizes, or minimum of 6 handbags, or minimum of 1 box of 12 pairs to complete a purchase.
• Paying for your item - When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Bag.
• Creating an account - The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name, address and contact details. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure. Your details will then be verified by us and we will email you login details.
• Confirming your item and payment - During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase (please note, postage will be added where applicable). Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will need to complete the payment details and then you will have completed your purchase.
What is the minimum purchase quantity required?
Short Order – Cut sizes
You may order a minimum of 12 cut sizes of any design and colour (as long as there is available stock). A minimum of 6 pieces are required for purchase of handbags.
Short Order – Box
Some designs are available in box sets.
SET A Comprises of
This box comprises a total of 12 pieces in one design and one colour and meets the criteria of a minimum of 12 pieces. The price stated is for the 12 piece box and not the individual pair.
The box items are slightly cheaper in price as compared to the cut sizes in the same designs.
Forward Orders
These are special order goods and have a specific lead time which will be stated next to the product on the product information page.
Please note lead times are approximate and unavoidable delays can occur. (Please see Delivery).
If you are interested in placing a Forward Order please fill in a product enquiry form. We will then email you a pro forma invoice for which we will require 30% deposit to place the order.

At Kadam we accept Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron & American Express.
What happens to my card details once I have made a purchase?
At Kadam, we do not store any card details for security. Once you input your details to complete an order, your details are processed securely by our approved card processing partner.
What do I do if I change my mind about a purchase?
If you change you mind about a purchase; please inform us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@kadamshoes.com. In the email include a short note explaining the reason for the cancellation and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence. If your order has not been processed for delivery then either an exchange will be sent as requested or a full refund will be credited to your card.
