Delivery

All delivery times quoted are estimates only and will be confirmed by the company nearer to the time of expected delivery.

Should delivery be delayed due to events beyond the company’s control (e.g. action by governmental authorities, operational failures, lack of raw materials, labour disputes) the delivery times shall be altered accordingly. If for the same reason, delivery becomes impossible, we will not be obliged to deliver.

If goods for delivery in the United Kingdom do not arrive within 10 days from the date of invoice, the buyer must immediately notify the company in writing of such non-delivery to info@kadamshoes.com. Failure to do so will result in loss being borne solely by the buyer.
